At Accents@Home, we want you to love your new furniture and decor, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email or visit one of our showroom locations with your original order number and receipt to begin the return process.
- 2.Inspection and Approval
Our team will review your request and inspect the item to ensure it is free from damage, assembly marks, or wear, maintaining its original resale quality.
- 3.Safe Transport
Once approved, you may drop off the item at our warehouse or schedule a professional pickup service; please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.Refund Processing
After the item is received and undergoes a final inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
