We offer standard ground shipping across the country. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery takes between 5-10 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your selected furniture.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, for larger furniture pieces, we offer a white-glove delivery service which includes room-of-choice placement, unpacking, and full assembly. You can select this option during the checkout process for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. A restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website's 'Track Order' page to see real-time updates on your delivery status.
